Field View Electrical Ltd is an established and growing electrical contractor based at North Lakes Business Park, Flusco, just 5 minutes outside Penrith.
We are a friendly, hardworking team and, due to continued growth and increasing demand for our services, we are looking for an experienced Qualified Electrician to join us.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
This is a varied role, with the majority of our work being domestic, although you will also have the opportunity to work on commercial projects.
Your day-to-day work will include:
•Electrical installations, maintenance and repairs
•Testing and Inspection
•Fault finding and diagnosing electrical problems
•New installations and new builds
•Rewires and reactive maintenance
•Carrying out electrical testing and completing relevant documentation
•Assessing jobs, preparing estimates and ordering materials
•Planning and managing your own workload
•Maintaining accurate and up-to-date job records
•Providing a professional service and excellent customer care
Working safely and taking responsibility for your own and others’ safety
•Working in accordance with current electrical regulations and NICEIC standards
•Supporting and assisting apprentices with their training and development
•Taking ownership of jobs from start to finish
👷 What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, professional and takes pride in delivering a high standard of workmanship.
You will need:
•NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation – essential
•18th Edition – essential, or a good working knowledge of current regulations
•Testing and Inspection experience – essential
•Valid UK driving licence
•Good experience of fault finding and electrical repairs
•Confidence working independently and as part of a team
•Excellent communication and customer service skills
•Good attention to detail
•The ability to organise and prioritise your own workload
•The ability to work to deadlines
•A positive, professional and proactive attitude
•Your own tools
Domestic electrical experience would be particularly beneficial, as this makes up the majority of our work.
